Yamam Sazeh is another preeminent client of Hatami & Associates to which the Firm has provided numerous legal services. This client is the main construction contractor on the 60 floor World Trade Tower project, a mixed-use urban development site in Tehran, Iran. The site has a total gross construction area of 740,000 Sq. m., of which it is expected that about 150,000 Sq. m. will be reserved for the office tower, 150,000 Sq. m. will be set aside for the shopping mall which includes in-line retails and anchor stores, 40,000 Sq. m. for cultural/sport areas consisting of a multi-use hall, a sport center and a theatre with a seating capacity of approximately 1,500 persons, while around 400,000 Sq. m. will be used for mechanical/electrical services and parking spaces with a capacity of approximately 6,200 cars.

Hatami & Associates has assisted Yamam Sazeh by tailoring agreements with well-known architectural and engineering consultants, namely NORR Group Consultants International Limited (as the international consultant of the project), and Amoodrah Consulting Engineering (as the local consultant). 

With respect to the mentioned agreements, the consultants will collaborate to provide integrated and coordinated design solutions for the project. Such solutions include architectural, structural, mechanical, interior, landscape, lighting, design management, civil engineering, fire engineering, security, waste disposal aspects, etc. which are to be provided during different stages of work.

In this great project, Hatami & Associates has provided Yamam Sazeh with its legal support as to this ambitious project as follows:

• Advice on all legal aspects of commencement and completing the project;
• Negotiation and correspondence with international and local engineering consulting companies for the project;
• Drafting Client/Consultant Agreement;
